1. Terms Acceptance

By accessing and using typinggrid.com (the "Typing Portal"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not utilize our typing test engines or practice interfaces.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

typinggrid.com is designed to support individual candidates preparing for competitive recruitment typing tests. You agree that you will not:

• Use scrapers, robots, or automation scripts to extract paragraphs/texts from our typing database.
• Attempt to disrupt our Firebase infrastructure or compromise the security of other candidates' scorecards and logs.
• Artificially manipulate typing test scores (net/gross WPM) or exploit evaluation scripts.
• Share account credentials (email, password, OTP, or session tokens) with any third party. Each simulator package purchased represents a **single-user license**. Logins from multiple concurrent devices or distinct geographic locations will result in automatic, permanent suspension of the account with no refund.

3. Platform Modifications & Availability

We aim to keep typinggrid.com open-access and operational 24/7. However, we reserve the right to alter, update, or discontinue test modules, typing passages, and account dashboards without prior warning. We are not liable for any losses of history resulting from browser cache clearings.

4. Limitation of Liability

All typing mock tests, timer functions, and scoring calculations on typinggrid.com are offered "as is" for general practice purposes. We make no guarantees regarding the exact alignment of our passages with future government exam passages, nor do we guarantee selection, employment, or specific scoring outcomes in any competitive government recruitment tests. We are not liable for physical keyboard differences or network/browser latencies experienced during official examinations.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, India, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

6. Payment Terms & Pricing

typinggrid.com offers paid upgrades processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. All transactions are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are one-time payments. Current pricing is:

• Exam Mode Pack: ₹49 one-time payment for 30 Days of access.

Pricing is subject to change. Promotional rates apply only during the transaction period.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases are for digital licenses delivered instantly. The ₹49 Exam Mode Pack is completely non-refundable. For full criteria, please read our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Subscription Validity

Access remains active continuously for 30 calendar days from the timestamp of a successful transaction for the Exam Mode Pack.

There is no automatic renewal or recurring auto-debit. Your access will simply expire at the end of the validity period.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of a billing dispute, users must first contact our support team at jkexamgrid@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or card issuer. We will respond within 2 business days. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation.
