Your access is activated instantly as soon as your Razorpay payment is confirmed. If your account dashboard has not updated within a few minutes, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists after 30 minutes, please email us at jkexamgrid@gmail.com with your Razorpay Payment ID (starts with pay_) and we will manually verify and activate your access.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or partial use once access is granted. The ₹49 Exam Mode Pack is completely non-refundable. If you experienced a duplicate charge or payment non-activation, please email jkexamgrid@gmail.com with your Payment ID and we will resolve it promptly. If you practice as a guest, your typing test history is cached only in your current browser's local storage. To sync your progress and results across multiple devices, please Sign In or create an account. Your existing local progress will be automatically merged into your cloud profile.

To protect the integrity and security of our proprietary typing test database, direct printing and PDF downloading of full test passages are disabled. However, you can review your completed tests, net speed, accuracy, and detailed keypress metrics under your profile dashboard.

Yes! Our secure checkout via Razorpay supports Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, netbanking, credit/debit cards, and major wallets. Select your preferred method in the Razorpay checkout window.
