Qualifying Test (Net Speed >= 30 WPM with Mistake Buffer Penalty)

RRB NTPC Senior Clerk (Level 5) requires a qualifying benchmark speed of 30 WPM over a test duration of 10 minutes.
Backspace key mode for RRB NTPC Senior Clerk (Level 5) is strictly disabled (no backspace key).
